Refund policy

We have a 15 day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original packaging.

To start an exchange, you can first contact us at kelly@wildwomenwander.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 1736 Elmwood St, New Bern, NC 28560 and we do not supply return labels. Full instructions will be included in a reply email within 48 hours of your exchange request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our items are all handmade and may have small "imperfections"...this is generally the charm of ordering from someone making your soon-to-be cherished items. However if you feel that there is something wrong with an item that you just cannot live with - please do let us know. We for sure want you to be happy when you spend your hard earned money with us!

Exceptions 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards however they are transferrable.
